2.1 Account Registration Data

• Philippine mobile number (primary identifier and OTP verification channel);
• Chosen username;
• Password (stored in hashed, non-reversible form — never in plaintext);
• Date of birth (for 21+ age verification purposes).

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC) Data

To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and PAGCOR's know-your-customer requirements, jbingo may collect:

• Government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., UMID, PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence);
• Selfie photograph for identity document matching;
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement not older than 3 months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., GCash screenshot, bank account confirmation).

2.3 Financial Transaction Data

• Deposit and withdrawal transaction records, including amounts, timestamps, and payment method references;
• GCash or PayMaya account reference numbers (last 4 digits only for bank accounts);
• USDT wallet addresses for crypto transactions;
• Account balance and bonus credit records.

2.4 Gaming Activity Data

• Game session records — games played, bet amounts, outcomes, session durations;
• Responsible gaming tool settings (deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, self-exclusion status);
• Bonus claim and wagering history.

2.5 Technical and Device Data

• IP address and approximate geolocation (country/region level);
• Device type, operating system, and browser information;
• Login timestamps, session tokens, and security event logs;

jbingo does not use your personal data for automated profiling that produces significant legal effects on you, without your express consent or a legal basis under applicable Philippine law.

5 Legal Basis for Processing

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, jbingo processes your personal data on one or more of the following lawful bases:

• Contractual necessity: Processing is necessary to perform the jbingo account agreement with you — including account registration, game delivery, payment processing, and customer support;
• Legal obligation: Processing is required to comply with applicable Philippine law, including AML/CFT obligations, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, and tax reporting;
• Legitimate interests: Processing is necessary for jbingo's legitimate interests, including platform security, fraud prevention, and service improvement — provided these interests do not override your fundamental rights;
• Consent: For optional data processing activities (such as marketing communications) where consent is the appropriate basis, jbingo will obtain your explicit, freely given, specific, and informed consent before proceeding. You may withdraw such consent at any time by contacting support.

6 Data Sharing & Disclosure

jbingo does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may disclose your personal data to the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis and only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose:

• Payment processors: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT processing partners — for the purpose of executing your deposit and withdrawal instructions;
• KYC & identity verification providers: Third-party services that assist jbingo in verifying player identity and age in compliance with PAGCOR and AML requirements;
• Game providers: Certified game studios (such as JILI and others in the jbingo catalogue) may receive session-level data necessary to deliver the game and resolve technical disputes;
• Fraud prevention services: Third-party tools that analyse transaction and behavioural patterns to detect and prevent fraudulent activity on the Platform;
• IT and infrastructure providers: Cloud hosting, CDN, and security service providers that process data as part of Platform delivery — under data processing agreements binding them to confidentiality and security obligations;
• Regulatory authorities: PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), and other competent Philippine government agencies, where disclosure is required by law, court order, or regulatory direction;
• Professional advisers: Legal counsel, auditors, and compliance consultants, under binding confidentiality obligations.

7 International Data Transfers

Some of jbingo's third-party service providers — including certain game studios, fraud detection platforms, and infrastructure partners — may be located outside the Republic of the Philippines. Where your personal data is transferred to recipients in other countries, jbingo ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place in compliance with Section 21 of the DPA and NPC Circular No. 16-01.

Such safeguards may include: contractual clauses that require the recipient to apply data protection standards equivalent to Philippine requirements; confirmation that the recipient jurisdiction provides an adequate level of protection; or other lawful transfer mechanisms approved by the National Privacy Commission.

8 Data Retention

jbingo retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account data: For the duration of your active jbingo account, and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure — in compliance with PAGCOR and AML record-keeping requirements;
• Financial transaction records: Minimum ten (10) years from the date of the last transaction, in compliance with Philippine AML/CFT regulations and BIR requirements;
• KYC documents: Minimum five (5) years from account closure or the completion of the last regulated transaction;
• Support communications: Three (3) years from the date of the interaction, or longer if the subject matter is the subject of a pending dispute or legal proceeding;
• Technical logs (IP, session): Up to twelve (12) months for routine security logs; longer if retained in connection with a specific security investigation;
• Anonymised analytics data: Indefinitely, as anonymised data does not constitute personal data under the DPA.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymised. jbingo will not retain personal data beyond the minimum legally required period.

9 Security Measures

jbingo implements and maintains a comprehensive set of technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include:

• Encryption in transit: All data exchanged between your device and jbingo servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher (HTTPS);
• Encryption at rest: Personal data and payment credentials stored in jbingo systems are protected by AES-256 encryption;
• Password security: Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms (bcrypt or equivalent) and are never stored or transmitted in plaintext;
• Access controls: Internal access to personal data is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis, with role-based access controls and audit logging;
• Multi-factor authentication: Sensitive internal operations require multi-factor authentication for jbingo personnel;
• Penetration testing: The Platform undergoes regular third-party security assessments and vulnerability testing;
• Incident response: jbingo maintains a documented data breach response procedure, including notification protocols compliant with NPC Circular No. 16-03.

While jbingo employs rigorous security measures, no digital platform can guarantee absolute security. You are also responsible for protecting your own jbingo login credentials — do not share your password with anyone, including jbingo support staff.

10 Cookies & Tracking Technologies

10.1 What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website you visit. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, to remember your preferences, and to provide information to the site operator. jbingo uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Platform.

10.2 Types of Cookies Used by jbingo

• Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the Platform to function — including session authentication tokens and security cookies. These cannot be disabled without breaking core Platform functionality;
• Functional cookies: Remember your preferences (e.g., language, responsible gaming settings) to provide a personalised experience;
• Performance and analytics cookies: Collect anonymised data about how players interact with the Platform to help jbingo improve its services. These do not identify you personally;
• Security cookies: Used to detect and prevent fraudulent activity, bot access, and abnormal login behaviour.

10.3 Managing Cookies

Disabling non-essential cookies will not prevent you from accessing the Platform, though some functional preferences may not be retained. To exercise any of the above rights, please contact jbingo's Data Protection Officer (see Section 15). jbingo will acknowledge your request within five (5) business days and respond substantively within thirty (30) days, or notify you of an extended timeframe for complex requests. Identity verification may be required before processing a data rights request.

12 Children's Privacy

The jbingo Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above. jbingo does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If you are under 21, you must not access, register on, or use the Platform.

If jbingo becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 — whether through misrepresentation at registration or by any other means — jbingo will immediately suspend the relevant account, delete the personal data to the extent legally permissible, and retain only such records as are required by law for regulatory reporting purposes.

13 Third-Party Websites & Services

The jbingo Platform may reference third-party service providers (such as payment processors and game studios) whose services are integrated into the Platform. jbingo is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party entities in respect of data they independently collect outside of their processing for jbingo.

This Privacy Policy applies solely to the jbingo Platform. When you interact directly with a third-party service (for example, opening your GCash app to initiate a transfer), that interaction is governed by the third party's own privacy policy. jbingo encourages you to review the privacy practices of any third-party service you use.

14 Changes to This Privacy Policy

jbingo may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via SMS to the registered mobile number and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy indicates when it was most recently revised. Your continued use of the Platform after an updated Policy takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
